Each product operated by Intrigue MMC LLC has its own terms of service published on its own site; those terms govern that product specifically.

The marks "Intrigue MMC", "Intriguing Insight", "BabyBlocks", "Foundry", and "ScreenForge" are unregistered trademarks claimed by Intrigue MMC LLC. You may quote excerpts with attribution; you may not republish full pages or use the marks to imply affiliation without written permission.

3. Submitted content

Anything you send through the contact form or newsletter signup, you confirm you have the right to send. We use your message only to respond to your inquiry or to send the newsletter you subscribed to. See the Privacy Policy for the data we retain.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uptime, completeness, or that information here is current at every moment. Statements about future products are aspirational, not promises.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrigue MMC LLC and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Direct damages, where they apply, are limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid us (which, for this corporate site, is zero).
