Privacy policy.

This page describes the data Intrigue MMC LLC ("we", "us") handles on intriguemmc.com. Each individual product (BabyBlocks, Foundry, etc.) has its own privacy policy linked from its site; this page covers the corporate marketing site only.

What we collect on this site

The static pages of this site collect nothing on their own. Three actions transmit data:

• Contact form. Name, email, subject, and message you submit. Stored in our private CRM and used only to reply to you.
• Newsletter signup. Email address you submit. Stored in the same CRM and used only to send the quarterly notes.
• Server logs. The hosting layer (Cloudflare) records request metadata. IP, user agent, path, timestamp, for spam protection, abuse prevention, and basic analytics. We do not run any third-party analytics tracker on this site.

What we do not do

• We do not run advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or third-party fingerprinting on this site.
• We do not sell, license, or share your contact information with anyone.
• We do not buy contact lists or send unsolicited marketing.

Cookies

We use one piece of client-side storage: a localStorage key called imc-theme that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your browser. We do not set any tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set its own session cookies for security purposes; see their privacy policy for details.

Your rights

• Access. Email contact@intriguemmc.com and we will tell you what (if anything) we have on file for you.
• Deletion. Same email, request deletion and we will purge the record.
• Correction. Same email, tell us what's wrong and we will fix it.
• Unsubscribe. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. The unsubscribe takes effect immediately.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Where data lives

The CRM that backs the contact form and newsletter is hosted by Intrigue MMC LLC on its own private infrastructure. Email is delivered through standard transactional providers; we use the minimum metadata required to send the email and nothing more.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and announce the change in the next quarterly newsletter.
